As a result of our current and future growth initiatives, we have created a new position, a Senior Reliability Engineer overseeing reliability of all NewPage mill locations in North America and Canada.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Reliability Engineer will take best practices from NewPage mill locations across North America and Canada in order to develop and maintain a reliability program which will further increase the overall reliability of the mills. This position will develop a reliability program to increase equipment reliability and reduce cost. The Senior Reliability Engineer will oversee the rollout of this program across all mill locations with the goal being less downtime, reduced cost per ton metrics at NewPage mill locations. This position requires travel 30 - 50% to various NewPage mill locations across North America and Canada.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in Science
Extensive maintenance experience
Experience in developing and executing reliability programs
