At Holcim (US), Inc. we are on the cutting edge of building the largest single line kiln cement plant in the world at our Bloomsdale, Missouri (Ste. Genevieve County) location.  Be part of the team that will move 2 million tons of materials and produce 4 million tons of cement a year. 

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Planner to join our team who has demonstrated manufacturing knowledge and experience as a Sr. Maintenance Planner.  Be part of developing the culture at our new plant which is built on core values promoting learning and inclusiveness.

Directly responsible during the design, construction, and commissioning phases for leading the development, implementation and maintenance of accurate bills of materials and preventative maintenance routines for all areas of the plant, assist with establishment of condition monitoring regimes for major plant items and measurement of baseline information and help create systems, procedures and practices for a new plant.

With your education in a related technical or business field and 3-5 years heavy industry/manufacturing experience with proven knowledge of planning and scheduling you will provide a solid foundation to immediately impact the project and team.  Experience with computerized maintenance management systems, knowledge/experience with large gearboxes, hydraulics, lubrication and pneumatics and basic electrical knowledge is preferred.  Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a cross-functional team, decision making skills and innovative approach towards problem solving drive success.
