Reliability Maintenance Specialist - Northwest Region

SKF USA Inc has a job opportunity as a Reliability Maintenance Specialist.

Location: Northwest Region

Candidate will be responsible for developing effective Reliability Programs at customer facilities. Competency’s include being able to identify critical pieces of equipment, developing condition monitoring databases, implementing condition based technologies, collecting and analyzing data and reporting results to our clients. Installation, configuration and maintenance of SKF hardware and software at customer sites are part of the job requirements.

Managing key performance indicators, focusing on reliability improvement and conducting RCA (root cause analysis) is also required. Applicants must have good communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience with analytical techniques (ODS) and managing a Reliability Service Contract would be a plus. Experience with hardware and software for on line data acquisition systems is desirable.


Territory would be the Northeast Region of the USA.


Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years Mechanical Field Experience.

2. Minimum 4 years Vibration Field Experience (Vibration level 2 certification required)

3. Proficient on P4 and Machine Analyst or equivalent products.

4. Ability to train clients on software, hardware, basic vibration, and reliability program start up.

5. Works well with customers and has good communication skills both written and oral.

6. Strong computer applications skills. Networking and PC configuration skills desired.

7. Requires minimal supervision.

8. Travel 80%
