October 26, 2008   Reliability and Predictive Maintenance Program Manager – Hammond, Indiana

Allied Reliability, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Program Manager in the Reliability and PdM technology field. This position is located at a Corn Milling facility in Hammond, Indiana.

This position is responsible for the overall condition based monitoring program, communication with customer, supervision of technical personnel, coordination of activities and schedules, and participation in the site RCFA program. The Program Manager also prepares necessary audits, metrics, and reports and is responsible for the coordination of the site safety program.

Qualifications include:
• Knowledge of machinery fundamentals, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, compressors, etc.
• Detailed knowledge of general mechanical fundamentals, such as fits and tolerances.
• Strong understanding of electro-mechanical fundamentals, as well as predictive and preventative maintenance tools.
• Working knowledge of routine and advanced data acquisition techniques.
• Knowledge in spectral, time waveform and phase analysis.
• Working knowledge of other condition monitoring technologies, including oil analysis, thermography, motor current analysis and ultrasonics, and their integration with vibration analysis.
• Three to five years of directly related supervisory experience
