INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE PLANNER/SCHEDULER
SALARY: $41,800 - $64,108
This posting will be used to fill a full-time position in Utility Operations in the Department of Public Works. This is specialized, detailed technical work planning, scheduling and monitoring preventive maintenance and repair work orders for water and wastewater utilities facilities including but not limited to raw water wells, water treatment facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, lift stations, wastewater infrastructure, and maintenance building facilities. The responsibilities of this position are performed in cooperation with Utility Maintenance and operations Team Managers.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university in business administration or related degree; and experience (one or more years) in the planning and scheduling of water and/or wastewater, industrial plant, and or utility construction and maintenance.
NOTE: The four-year degree may be substituted on a year-for-year basis with experience in the planning and scheduling of water and/or wastewater, industrial plant, and or utility construction and maintenance.
Preference will be given to applicants with professional experience utilizing spreadsheet or database computer systems.
NOTE: This is a safety sensitive position and employees in this position are subject to random Controlled Dangerous Substance and Alcohol testing.
