SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing predictive maintenance systems.  They develop maintenance personnel to effectively utilize those systems to meet area maintenance objectives.  They evaluate new technology which applies to operating unit reliability.  The Reliability Engineer provides technical expertise for equipment maintenance, maintenance standards, and procedures for mill rotating equipment; proactively identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate rotating equipment issues.  They apply the concepts of precision maintenance to ensure the equipment is repaired, balanced, and aligned to strictly enforce mechanical standards before being placed in service.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Bachelors Degree in Engineering
▪ Three plus years experience with a minimum of two years vibration analyst in an industrial environment
▪ Demonstrated proficiency in reliability systems
▪ Experience with predictive maintenance or vibration analysis required.
▪ Paper industry experience preferred.
