Reliability Engineer
Central Illinois Mechanical/Electrical Contractor accepting qualified resumes for professional capable of the following: design, develop and coordinate the internal repair processes of the electro-mechanical division as they relate to the customer’s reliability centered maintenance.
Requirements:
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and electronic repairs
• Familiarity with predictive and preventive maintenance techniques
• Ability to determine Root Cause Failure on repairable items
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word applications
• Working knowledge of Reliability Centered Maintenance
Responsibilities:
• Determine customer specific RCM requirements
• Maintain customer repair data bases
• Coordinate functional training for technicians
• Competently answer questions pertaining to electrical and mechanical repairs
• Assist customers with failure analysis and suggested corrective action
• Prepare customer reports and evaluations
