Electrical Service Group Leader - Michigan

We serve industrial, commercial, and institutional clients through four distinct work groups designed to work independently, or even better, in concert to deliver the best possible results: Electrical Construction, Electrical Service, System Engineering and Low Voltage Systems.
We have an outstanding opportunity for an Electrical Service Group Leader to join our organization. We seek a creative, aggressive individual to help continue and enhance our growth; an experienced driver who thrives on the challenge of taking our Service Department to the next level. The Group Leader will report to the Chief Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will be an individual who is excited about the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment with entrepreneurial drive and is looking forward to the opportunity to motivate a team and set the direction for the department.
A four year degree or equivalent combination of training and/or related experience. Minimum of 10 years experience in a progressively more responsible leadership position. Experience in a technical environment preferred but not required.
Salary: Open. Bonus Incentive: Variable compensation based upon corporate, departmental and individual results.
