Job Summary
This position will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, supervising staff and allocating work to engineers, writing and approving reports for issue, and fostering client relationships.  The successful candidate will play an integral role in assuring the continued integrity of components on the various operating assets in the energy industry.
Responsibilities include:
• Develop, support, and maintain integrity management and materials compatibility programs for the topside, subsea and marine systems
• Interface with other members of the integrity management team (maintenance, process safety, inspection, welding, and production)
• Identify and evaluate new technologies and champion innovation that can assist in meeting client objectives

NOTE: International Candidates Will Be Considered. Employer will assist with relocation costs.


Key Accountabilities
• Providing consultancy internally and externally on materials and integrity engineering
• Support staff technical mentoring system
• Business development
• Management reports
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Compliance with the company’s Quality and HSE policies
• Develop, submit, and issue of proposals
• Achieve company goals / personal KPI’s
• Involvement with industry associations and academic institutions


Job Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree in the area of Mechanical, Materials/Corrosion/ Metallurgical, Civil, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial, Master’s and PhD are a plus
• At least ten (10) years of industry experience within the relative engineering discipline
• Experience in conducting or leading root cause failure analysis and failure investigations
• Familiarity with Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Modeling, Event Tree Analysis, Technical Risk Assurance Process and RAM Analysis
• Capable of identifying and closing gaps in preventative & predictive maintenance practices, including operator duties and practices
• NACE certifications are helpful


Languages Needed
English – Fluent
Bilingual-Spanish a plus


Travel Required: 10%
