Trained RCM facilitator to conduct Reliability Centered Maintenance workshops and develop RCM process to create an equipment maintenance strategy based on recommendations of the subject matter experts.

Skills and knowledge of successful candidate are:
• Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related engineer.
• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). CMRP Certification is an asset.
• Experience conducting Failure Analysis (FMEA, FMECA, RCA)
• At least five years of experience in Oil and Gas industry. Preferred Tar Sands experience.
• Experience with Maintenance Strategy definition. CMMS Scheduling and Planning.
• Training and Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, tribology, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional teams.
You will also need practical knowledge of how to implement Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Items, Tasks List and Operations to satisfy a customer’s maintenance planning requirements. You should be well-versed in work processes, change management and willing to relocate to Fort Mcmurray AB, Canada.
