Rapidly growing manufacturer of unique testing equipment for electric motors, generators and transformers has immediate openings for the upper Mid-West and South East territories. 

Responsibility will include developing local independent manufacturer representatives and some direct selling in assigned territory. You will be working from your own home office.

Position requires strong verbal and written communication skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Previous experience selling electrical test equipment via distribution, independent rep, or direct sales is necessary.

With management guidance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a plan to increase our product sales within assigned territory.

Position Overview

Implementation and management of Reliability Centered Maintenance and Equipment Reliability Improvement along with other components of the proactive maintenance model that may be assigned as demanded by the needs of the facility.

Principal Accountabilities:

45% - Support and lead a modified reliability centered maintenance analysis
30% - Lead a formal root cause failure analysis and correction program
15% - Work with engineering and OEMs to develop equipment and installation standards
10% - Provide direction and technical support for the maintenance planners

Required
• Bachelors degree in chemical, mechanical, industrial, electrical, agricultural, or aeronautical engineering or related technical discipline.
• Two years experience in Production, maintenance or Project management.
• Training and knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, tribology, etc.)
• Training and knowledge of management of proactive maintenance model
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement detailed solutions to complex technical problems
• Involving multiple technologies.

Job Description:
Responsibilities

*Perform field walk downs of systems and processes to collect or validate baseline equipment specification data.

*Scrub and load equipment information and engineering specifications into database to achieve standardize records.

*Work with equipment manufacturers and vendors to develop unique parts lists.

*Review maintenance data, engineering drawings, technical manuals and other documentation to give reliability findings and recommendations.

*Drafts failure mode and effect analysis sheets on systems and equipment.

*Develop Predictive and Preventive Maintenance program and procedures to minimize potential failures, based on failure mode and effect analysis.

*Schedule predictive and preventive maintenance program using parameters such as operating environment, duration of procedure, resource availability, asset availability, and overall cost.

*Develop and build additional auxiliary table files that may be required by the functionality of a selected maintenance system.

*Perform all necessary quality control functions that are required to ensure that complete, accurate and logically related data is provided to the customer.

*Support data site assessments including Risk Assessments and Gap Analysis activities such as collecting asset Failure Histories, CM & PdM program criteria’s and FMEA development.

*Lead Engineer must be able to direct the GE/MRG FE resources assigned to a project and will be responsible for certain commercial management requirements including at site time and cost tracking and compliance to schedules and other site requirements and will work closely with assigned Project Managers.

Qualifications

*BS Engineering degree.

*Minimum of 3 Years in Maintenance implementation or Condition Monitoring or Reliability Extensive experience managing maintenance programs.

*Minimum of 5 years experience/Technical understanding of Industrial Plants.

*Minimum of 5 years experience/Technical understanding of Condition Monitoring and PdM technologies.

Desired

*CMRP.

*Certification CAP T-T-T.

*Six Sigma Experience (GE Employees only).

*Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.

*Demonstrated capability to work within team including leadership skills.
