MRG’s Field Engineers are primarily responsible for assisting with the implementation of Reliability Improvement Projects by coordinating, preparing, reviewing and analyzing equipment and material databases in order to recommend the best maintenance practices and predictive/preventive test methods for obtaining customer specified operational reliability.

Position Responsibilities:
• Perform field walk-downs of systems and processes to collect or validate baseline equipment specification data
• Scrub and load equipment information and engineering specifications into database to achieve standardize records
• Work with equipment manufacturers and vendors to develop unique
parts lists
• Review maintenance data, engineering drawings, technical manuals
and other documentation to give reliability findings and
recommendations
• Drafts failure mode and effect analysis sheets on systems and
equipment
• Develop predictive and preventive maintenance program and
procedures to minimize potential failures, based on failure mode
and effect analysis
• Schedule predictive and preventive maintenance program using
parameters such as operating environment, duration of procedure,
resource availability, asset availability, and overall cost
• Perform all necessary quality control functions that are required
to ensure that complete, accurate and logically related data is
provided to the customer

Requirements:
• Minimum four-year college degree plus two years of experience; or
five years of related experience and or training
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with one of more CMMS products
• Ability to solve practical problems, deal with variety of
concrete variables in situations where only limited
standardization exists and interpret a variety of concepts of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally 70% of time

Maintenance Manager

This role is responsible for all aspects of production maintenance, utilities, building maintenance, and parts storeroom for the Wellston facility. Plant is single source provider of Totino’s pizza and pizza rolls, Pillsbury pancakes, and GMI cheese production.

Wellston Plant is our Largest Plant in North America. Approx 6,000 sq. ft. with 7 operating systems and 1200 employees.

1. Lead Maintenance/Reliability organization to proactively address daily and ongoing equipment reliability in support of plant goals in safety, cost per case, system performance, quality, customer service, sanitation, and environmental.

3. Lead utilities organization to provide reliable performance for production, and to ensure safe operation of ammonia system in conjunction with PSM program.

ABS is looking for an experienced Risk Assessment Engineer at the Houston Headquarters. This position plays a key role in leading and supporting risk studies throughout the lifecycle of marine vessels and offshore installations.

Job duties will include:

• Advising and developing strategies to further improve maritime and offshore safety.
• Leading or participating in qualitative risk studies, including hazard identification/evaluation studies, FMEA, hazard and operability studies, layers of protection analysis, and bow-tie diagrams.
• Developing quantitative risk assessments using fault trees, event trees, including consequence modeling to assess fire and explosion risk using models for dispersions, jet fires and pool fires.
• Analyzing industry accident and failure data to support risk analysis.
• Conduct concept risk assessments of offshore facilities during conceptual design stage
• Assisting in the development of Rules for classification of marine related facilities using risk management.

Candidates should have:

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience and at least 5 years experience in risk assessment.

Responsibilities include:
