Inventory Check-Out/Return Log Download

CMMS data group is offering Reliabilityweb.com readers a tool to help track part check out and returns, regardless of the CMMS software you are or are not using. To minimize maintenance costs, tracking parts is key. The downloadable spreadsheet contains the following fields:

-Date
-Issue To:
*Employee Code
*Vendor ID
-Item No.
-Stock Location
-Quantity
-Charge To
*Work Order
*Equipment
*Cost Center
*Employee Code
-Charge To ID
