VibrAlign subsidiary Predictive Maintenance Solutions offers machinery vibration and alignment
Effective April 1, 2008 the field services group of VibrAlign, Inc. began conducting business as Predictive Maintenance Solutions, Inc. As a subsidiary and affiliate company of VibrAlign, PdM Solutions will focus on providing world class service to industrial machine operators.
According to Steve Matthews, Director of Sales & Service for the new company, “Our mission is to provide superior quality machinery health information to our customers. We will employ the top expertise and technology available in the fields of machinery vibrations and alignment in order to insure the excellence of our service. Above all else, we strive to provide great value to our customers.”
Predictive Maintenance Solutions services include:

PdM Solutions – Internet Based Vibration Analysis Programs
Laser Shaft Alignment
Laser Geometric Alignment (Straightness, Flat/Level, Centering, Roll Parallel)
Vibration and Alignment Training
PdM Solutions is a unique program based on a team concept. Plant personnel are trained and equipped to conduct regular vibration data collection, which is then analyzed by Predictive Maintenance Solutions’ highly trained and experienced analysts.
