Management Resources Group, Inc. (MRG) Acquires ‘The Reliability Game’

SOUTHBURY, CT: Management Resources Group, Inc. (MRG) announced today that it has acquired the Reliability Game from SimLearning and will act as the game’s exclusive provider.

The game is a proven simulation tool that accurately portrays the roles played by operations, finance, maintenance and purchasing in shaping and driving business results.  Because it faithfully depicts reality, the game is an effective educator for personnel on the floor as well as those at the executive level—everyone will experience the benefits of a proactive approach to asset management.

“As the reliability-based approach to asset management gains steam worldwide, it is important that we enable our clients to experience the business impacts of their maintenance decisions in a risk-free environment,” MRG VP of Corporate Development and Marketing, Will Goetz, added.  “The Reliability Game is designed to improve individual perceptions of asset management and facilitate change management since getting people to commit to a new philosophy is often the most difficult challenge.”

“The Reliability Game not only demonstrated the value of a proactive approach to maintenance, it gave everyone in the room a first-hand account of the challenges each department faces,” Terry O’Hanlon, Publisher of ReliabilityWeb.com said.  “It’s good clean fun and was the highest rated workshop at this year’s National Manufacturing Week ReliabilityWeb Pavilion.”
