India's Info Drive to acquire US-based SAP Services firm

Info Drive Software has made an expression of interest, to acquire 100% stake in an IT Consulting company that has a strong specialization in SAP related services in the US market. Info Drive is looking at completing the acquisition by February 2008.

Headquartered in the East Coast, US, the company has been in operation since 2000 and providing SAP installations in corporate America. The company recorded sales of USD 9 million for the last financial year.

It offers a wide array of services spanning the entire life cycle of an SAP implementation from project preparation planning, business requirements definition, functional consulting across all modules technical implementation and customization to post-implementation production support, using industry standard templates and methodologies
