Datastream Stockholders Approve Merger Agreement With Infor

GREENVILLE, S.C., March 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/—Datastream Systems, Inc. announced today that its stockholders approved the merger agreement pursuant to which Infor will acquire Datastream for $10.26 per share in cash.

At its special meeting of stockholders held today, the affirmative vote of approximately 71.6% of Datastream’s outstanding shares of common stock was received to approve the proposal to adopt the merger agreement set forth in the proxy materials dated February 21, 2006. The parties are working to finalize the transaction as soon as reasonably possible and expect the closing to occur no later than April 14, 2006.
