Core 7 Technologies, Inc. Acquires Fields & Screens, Inc.
TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Core 7 Technologies, Inc., the creator of the very successful, customer-focused Officetrax.com® services and a leading developer of web-based maintenance management software applications designed for the retail chain store industry, today announced the acquisition of all the assets of Fields & Screens, Inc. a Dallas, Texas based maintenance management software development company. The acquisition includes the entire portfolio of Work Order Wonder (WOW) maintenance management software products. As a result of this acquisition Core 7 also announced today the creation of a U.S. based company targeted at the commercial real estate service and maintenance management business, called Core 7 US, Inc.

Core 7 US Inc. will retain the corporate headquarters of Fields & Screens in Dallas, Texas and use this as its base of operations. Mr. Bob Barke the former President & CEO of Fields & Screens will manage the newly created company.
The new company will provide solutions to the commercial real estate industry utilizing state of the art ASP.NET development tools and hosted by Core 7 Technologies, Inc. The .NET framework, according to David Dawe, Vice President for Core 7 Technologies, will set the standard for computerized maintenance management applications used in the commercial real estate industry.
