WALLDORF, Germany - June 29, 2006 - SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) announced today that the company has expanded its worldwide leadership as the number one enterprise software vendor, based on market share numbers. Gartner Dataquest, a division of Gartner, Inc., the leading provider of research and analysis on global information technology, issued three reports on June 7th, June 8th and June 12th, 2006 analyzing the status of the worldwide enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM) market. Based on the new metric of total software revenue, SAP ranks number one in all three enterprise software markets. June 29, 2006   Nucor Steel Decatur, LLC, chooses IFS business software

IFS, the global enterprise applications company, announced today that Nucor Steel Decatur, LLC, a division of Nucor Corporation, the largest steel producer and recycler in the United States, has signed a contract to implement IFS Applications™ 7 business software. The Alabama facility becomes the second Nucor plant to switch to IFS Applications. Nucor’s plant in Jewett, Texas, went live with an IFS business solution in 2005.

June 14, 2006   IFS to Provide Integrated MRO Solution to U.S. Air Force

CHICAGO, June 13 /PRNewswire/—IFS has signed a contract with Oracle USA, Inc., to provide the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) portion of an integrated logistics system that Oracle is delivering to the U.S. Air Force. In accordance with the Oracle contract, the system will support 250,000 users of the Expeditionary Combat Support System (ECSS) program.

ECSS is a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software system established to improve weapons systems availability by streamlining the current Air Force logistics process. The system will replace and perform the functions of more than 500 logistics systems that the Air Force currently uses.
